After a
day out on the hills and many epic adventures, every explorer needs a delicious
reward, and at Cobdens you'll certainly get one.
All our food is
freshly prepared, and new head chef Adrian Saich will maintain and
enhance Cobdens' reputation for a hearty straightforward menu which in
future will feature a Cobdens special Confit of Welsh Lamb. The fare
will be sophisticated but not fussy, satisfying the appetites of
mountain groups large and small, children included.
The bar will
continue to feature Conwy Brewery's award winning 'Cobdens Ale' -
exclusive to us, an excellent wine list and a great selection of
single malts. We also feature the famous 'Cobdens Caipirinha' a taste
of South America made by Roland as no-one else can. One induces
merriment, three changes your perspective on life!
As we
cook your meal to order, good food not fast food is the order of the day so booking is advisable and
parties of 10 or more should definitely warn us.
